How do I know the video game truck can come to my house?  Our trailer is designed for flat level parking and street parking is ideal.  Driveways must be free of objects and capable for our 32 feet trailer to back up with safe clearance. If conditions on our arrival render safe parking unavailable, you will have the option of moving the party to a nearby location or re-scheduling. If you live on a hill or narrow street, let us know prior to paying your deposit so that we may help you locate an ideal space.  Failure to do so may result in a reduction in your scheduled event time.

Do I need internet connection?

WiFi is available in the mobile game truck.  We can also connect ethernet cabling between the truck and onsite router giving a dedicated connection.  Use Google to check your internet speed here

When should guests arrive? Playerz Haul will arrive 30 minutes prior to the event start time to set up. We prefer hosts inform guests of our setup to ensure a safe clearing area for parking the trailer.

What if too many people show up to the party? Is there an extra charge?  We want each guest to enjoy your event so our max guests per package are to ensure everyone has a chance to play.  If you have concerns about additional guests please rent more time as part of your reservation.

Is there a guest limit?  Maximum of 16 guests for private rental events.

 

What games do you have?  We have a selection of popular XBOX, PS5,  Switch rated E to Mature covering many genres like adventure, action, sports, shooter, racing and more!

 

Handicap accessible?  Please let us know if you need a ramp for accessibility before the day of your event.

Food/Beverage/Alcohol policy?  To ensure our equipment is operable at every event we cannot allow food and beverages inside the trailer.  You are welcome to use our outside awning area for food and beverages.

  

Weapons policy?  Safety comes first for our guests and staff.  Playerz Haul prohibits weapons of any kind in our trailer.
